At Ohio Custom Designs & Apparel LLC, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to discuss the issue.

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the product is defective or incorrect. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
